Optometry Clinic

The Tecate Eye Clinic is a separate clinic that our SDSU Flying Samaritans volunteer at, in partnership with SCCO Optometry School’s SVOSH (student volunteer optometric services to humanity) service organization and other independent volunteer groups. Though this clinic offers both optometric and ophthalmologic services, students at SDSU volunteer with on the optometry side, and often help by triaging patients, auto-refracting, assisting the volunteer opticians, and by fulfilling the glasses prescriptions after the completion of clinic.
