  3. Attend at least 1 clinic.

Cancellation Policy

  • Our volunteer list is sent out one week before clinic. As a volunteer, canceling once the volunteer list has been sent out will result in a 1 clinic suspension. As a driver, canceling once the volunteer list has been sent out will result in a 2 clinic suspension. 

  • If you cancel the morning of clinic or are a no-call, no show, the you are subject to the following suspensions. As a volunteer (non-driver), you will not be eligible for the next 2 clinics. As a driver, you will not be eligible for the next 3 clinics. 

  • Exceptions to penalties can be made due to extenuating circumstances decided by the executive board.
